Features an oversized cap that helps prevent accidental dropping, quality chrome-plated components, and correct whip action. Comes with velvet handle sleeve.
* Height of child usually determines correct whip length. This is the most popular size for riders under the age of six, but ask your trainer if in doubt. Per whip indusctry standards, the length refers to the rigid part of the whip only. Flexible end popper adds about 3" to total length.
